Background

Founder & President | Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist

When your paycheck stops, your medical treatment is denied, or the insurance company decides your injury isn’t serious enough, you don’t need a law firm that handles a little bit of everything. You need a team that lives and breathes Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law. That is exactly why Attorney Michael W. Cardamone founded Cardamone Law.

Unlike many firms that divide their attention among personal injury, criminal law, divorce, real estate, or dozens of other practice areas, Cardamone Law is built around one mission: representing injured Pennsylvania workers—and nothing else.

Every attorney at Cardamone Law focuses exclusively on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation. Every strategy, hearing, deposition, legal argument, and courtroom appearance revolves around protecting injured workers.

A Boutique Firm With Big Results

Bigger isn’t always better. Cardamone Law was intentionally built as a highly specialized boutique litigation firm that provides clients with personal attention, meticulous preparation, and direct attorney involvement. While large advertising firms often process thousands of files, our attorneys invest the time necessary to know every client, every medical record, and every legal issue. We believe individualized representation wins cases.

Recognized Throughout the State

Attorney Cardamone has devoted more than two decades to representing injured workers and has earned recognition from many of the legal profession’s most respected organizations, including Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, National Trial Lawyers Top 25 Workers’ Compensation, Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent®, and numerous other state and national organizations. He is also a Certified Specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law, certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Experienced. Educated. Aggressive.

Attorney Cardamone has assembled a team of highly educated, experienced, and aggressive workers’ compensation attorneys who are committed to protecting injured workers throughout Pennsylvania. Our lawyers are local to the Philadelphia region and understand Pennsylvania’s judges, employers, and workers’ compensation system. We don’t try to be everything to everyone—we strive to be the very best at one thing.

Our Loyalty is to Injured Workers

We represent injured workers—never insurance companies. Our allegiance is not divided. We are not interested in building relationships with defense lawyers at the expense of our clients. Our mission is simple: fight for injured workers and maximize their recovery.

A Leader in Workers’ Compensation Across the State

Attorney Cardamone regularly teaches other lawyers about Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law through continuing legal education programs and professional presentations. His commitment to education reflects his belief that great lawyers never stop learning and never stop improving.

Serving Injured Workers

Cardamone Law proudly represents injured workers throughout the Commonwealth with offices across Pennsylvania. Whether your case is in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or anywhere in between, our team has the experience and resources to provide exceptional representation.

Discipline Inside and Outside the Courtroom

Attorney Cardamone has trained for years in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Aikido, and continues to train alongside a respected local MMA professional. The discipline, preparation, and resilience required in martial arts mirror the qualities he brings to every courtroom.

Beyond the Law

When he’s not representing injured workers, Attorney Cardamone creates electronic dance music under the artist name DJ Cards. What began as a creative outlet has grown into an internationally streamed music project with listeners around the world.

Producing music provides a mental reset from the demands of high-stakes litigation. The creativity, focus, and discipline required in the studio help recharge him for the daily grind of practicing law, allowing him to return each day energized, focused, and ready to advocate for injured workers. Many of his songs reflect perseverance, resilience, and moving forward—the same qualities he sees every day in the clients he proudly represents.

The Cardamone Difference

If an injured worker trusts us with their future, they deserve more than legal representation. They deserve lawyers who know Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation inside and out, prepare relentlessly, communicate honestly, and fight aggressively. That is why Cardamone Law exists.

All We Do is Workers’ Compensation.
